About
OneApp Guarantee was born out of the vision of founder Tyrone Poole and the U.S. housing crisis. The ultimate mission is to help society's most vulnerable build the foundation required for upward mobility through access to housing.

OneApp Guarantee is a co-signing service that helps property managers increase occupancy rates without increasing risks. It’s a straightforward and dependable way to safeguard properties while also helping vulnerable renters find housing.

Overview
OneApp Guarantee aims to overcome rental barriers and accompany folks into finding their home. The UI design of the platform needs to reflect how users should feel – human, optimistic, and hopeful. I had the opportunity to build the overall visual voice across digital touchpoints for both renters, property managers, and admin users.

Welcoming & Hopeful

There was an exciting opportunity to bring illustration into One App as a tool to both warmly welcome users and earn their trust. Finding housing doesn't have to feel cold and lonely. We took the One App Guarantee padlock logo with the green, yellow, and red lights and built a dynamic world. With a heavy lean into the green – we wanted future renters to know that One App will be with them during the entire process to get that green light on their application.
