The Vietnam Anti-War Symposium was held at Macalester College in 2016. With two of my peers, we curated a photo exhibit that asks us "what are we doing today for tomorrow." Activism takes time and requires a lot of people with different skills and passion. Sometimes we just need to be reminded that we aren't failing -- but rather progress is slow. But also worth it.
The symposium aimed to generate cross cultural and intergenerational dialogues that empower the Vietnamese community and build ally-ship amongst other communities.
Digital and print design for the symposium and exhibit.
Collected images from the Vietnam War protests in Macalester College's archives.
Interviewed subjects in photos from the archives.
Developed the exhibit concept and structure.
